I order from Great Bay each week and Mark my rep is amazing at his job and makes it so much easier to place and receive my delivery. I love that there is such variety in products and if I ever questions or issues he is on top of it fixing it or answering questions for me. I will continue doing business with yall and again thank you for being such a great distributor for us!!!

Not impressed so far with manager attitude and lying to me through text phone. it’s the first time I’ve ever seen! Even I filed a complaint with Hr. I assumed they are side on their own friends (Managers) Not mine even I had proof a lot but its really bad. They are trying to make a different story against me so they can make that to fire me for no reason. I really do not appreciate with them what they did to me because I'm "deaf" plus they added few make stories up, I know so far I have a proof every messages I'm saving. And I saved notes from doctors notes. Do not apply for that job because of that situation. it's really ridiculous and they finally rid of me anyway.

Edit: Managers always cuss at everyone (co-workers) during meeting and yelled at them. Which is unprofessional managers

Been using Great Bay for about 5 years, and was never very happy with their service. Recently though, it's like a different company! Online ordering is the way to go - you get someone who actually actually tracks all the orders, a real flesh and blood person to talk to on the phone, orders come when they should and you actually get what you order! Whatever changes we're made recently made all the difference!

Not impressed so far with operator attitude and it’s the first time I’m calling for help. She seems to be bothered with people calling her and isn’t invested in my opinion in getting new clients to the proper department.

Figure for a position like operator it would conclude answering phones a bit better, and not being sarcastic or demeaning.

So here’s to hoping that sells rep are way better at helping, as a newbie I’m hoping to Educate myself a better on how things are done and that can’t be done when you feel your a bother.
