I had a concerning experience with a Tribe Truck in Virginia. While driving our minivan, the truck driver was in the other lane and we were in our lane and the truck driver kept aggressively coming over and ended up pushing our vehicle mirror almost causing damage to our side mirror. This behavior was reckless and dangerous, putting my family at risk. I hope Tribe Trucking takes immediate steps to address such incidents and ensure their drivers adhere to safe driving practices.

This is a bunch of liars. Said the appointment was Monday at 12:01 a.m. from California to Florida! I was told the appointment was for Wednesday morning. Call the station! No one will listen to you! And you don't have jinganyone to fix it! Isn't it their fault?

We booked the load for today around 8:30 am for 3pm pick up with Michael Licata on a Florida local run. Got a call 3 1/2 hours later from Tribe telling me the load is cancelled-they are loading their own trucks with this....He told me he'll let me know right back if there will be another one for today...Never received a call or anything by email (not for the cancellation of the load either) so, I called back and when I provided the load # , I was told this load was assigned to a different carrier-"W.... Logistics" not us or Tribe -trucks? I called again and Michael Licata-the broker on the phone, he asked me to hold on while he looks into this, placed me on hold for 25 minutes and never came back on the phone...
Why would they take us off the load right before pick up and give it to another carrier when we already signed a contract? This is not the way to do business....

Their job isn’t to get you paid, it’s to keep you poor. Predator-like lease program. Slavery company driver positions. They look for reasons to NOT pay you . You only get good loads as a company driver which you’re underpaid for being cent per mile and as a lease driver you’ll never see those same loads . Instead they’ll give you terrible loads and prey upon your truck breaking down to charge it to you. The only time you see “good loads” are the weeks you owe them repair money and they want you to atleast break even at 0-500 dollars a week. You’ll only have one good load/check each month and they’ll continuously gaslight you to say “there’s no loads “ but before you join they show you a load board with an infinite supply and high paying loads in their possession. I’ve also never met one person I finished orientation with that didn’t have habitual breakdowns. Meanwhile they bread crumb you on the days you deserve breakdown/layover/detention payments. Terrible company to work for, only suggested as a second chance company for a reason. There’s also No Dispatchers at night and hardly any in daytime because they’ve all quit . I’m not a person who’s bitter from termination or any brash hypothetical circumstance, I was considered a “good driver” and I’m telling you they don’t care one bit about the drivers. Their goal is to move loads and keep you stationary. They won’t butter your bread. You’re constantly scrambling for crumbs. You’ll be living off that one week of good pay for the month before you get another one, OR you have a repair and they keep the money while attempting to make you forget you have an escrow by charging repairs directly to what you made for the week so you’re essentially broke and have to go through an escrow process for retrieval. *drops mic*

Terrible Experience with Tribe Transportation

Working with Tribe Transportation has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a carrier. They constantly lie about appointment times, leaving you scrambling at the last minute when things don’t align. Their lack of communication is beyond frustrating—once you try to get clarity, you’re passed from one agent to another, none of whom seem to care or take any responsibility.

A particular mention goes to Joshua Chapman. He’s great at selling the load but completely disappears the moment there’s a problem. Zero accountability, zero support. If you need someone to actually help resolve issues, forget it—he’s nowhere to be found.

Save yourself the headache and avoid Tribe Transportation at all costs. They’re disorganized, dishonest, and clearly don’t care about the carriers they work with.

I would say anything to the lease driver who say they can't make money. I will put anything on it they turn down a lot of loads or don't won't to run in places where the loads pay better. Most of them don't run that truck like a business they won't to run it like they still company drivers. So you can't go for the reviews. On here

BEWARE: If Joshua Chapman is the one that gets you the load, be prepared for a lot of "he is out of the office" We were on a load that was supposed to deliver in IA, and for a WHOLE week now can not get him on the phone to get the revised confirmation and layover he owes us." A very unprofessional man-child. Have no idea what they are thinking hiring people like that.

Please be careful. Thank you
