The website was very user friendly. Once I set up my account I received a call from Sebastian and he explained how to find my lock and checked to make sure that I had everything I needed. It was a very smooth process and I appreciate Sebastian calling me to make sure I had everything I needed.

AMAZING COMPANY.. the people are so helpful and nice. They offer free locks and discounts on multiple unit rentals! They do not have any hidden fees or fluctuating prices! I’m on my second rental unit! If your looking for top of the line storage at an affordable price look no more!

BEWARE!! Don’t put anything of value in your storage units here. Someone cut the lock on my unit C31 and stole parts off on my Model T I had parked in there (luckily didn’t steal the car). For $95 a month I might as well find a unit that has better security measures that can protect my property because apparently it’s not happening here. Giving 2 stars because at least the unit called me a couple days later letting me know the lock was cut. The owners should consider putting up better security measures that prevent these things from happening. Until then, I will be moving my items to a different company
