If I could give it a zero star I would. Worst place, staff leaves whenever they want. When you call and they tell you that they close at one time and when you arrive staff decided it was time to go. The lady at the front said they stop taking customers when they are behind, but when you ask to speak with someone said no one is there. It clearly says on the gate “customer pick up hours are from 10am to 6pm” we arrived at 5:39pm. We drove over an hour. They also told us they would call us when our furniture arrives and it has been 3 weeks and no one called. We had to call to find out that our furniture has been sitting at their warehouse.

My experience with Ashley Furniture Customer Service, the Distribution/Warehouse and Delivery System in Georgia it has been the worst I’ve experienced in my entire life. You pay for a 5 year warranty in which is a false/fake advertisement because they deliver your furniture within a month or more, if anything arrives broken you call customer services and their answer is, we will send you a replacement around 4 weeks, on top of it not all your furniture comes with their proper screws and guess what, it takes over two weeks to receive them over the mail (if comes through the mail then they don’t put your stuff together in which is included on the sell), my dining table had a manufacturer issue and when you call customer services they told you that it will take 4 weeks to get a replacement, etc etc etc…. therefore your 5 year warranty (in which you pay hundreds of dollars) turns into maybe 3 1/2 years due to the waiting period in between every claim. The customer services staff have an unpleasant attitude towards customer and zero empathy with a customer who’s having a bad experience.
Overall, if you’re looking for a good store experience please go a I see my Friend Marco Assist Manager at Brunswick, GA however if you would like to have the worst experience with customer service, delivery, warranty, and everything else, then stick with Ashley Distribution and Customer Service

I purchased furniture 3/10/24 and was placed to deliver 4/10/24 because they only deliver once a month to our area. When it was suppose to be delivered they told us it was the wrong address. After talking to many people in the company they told me it would be delivered 4/11/24. When it’s out for delivery they have a track my order and the driver was clearly going to the same location they did the day before. They were not even going to the right city or zip code. I spent thousands on furniture and still haven’t had it delivered. Worst experience ever trying to get furniture!

this is the worst ever place to look out for furniture. They don't answer the phone they changed the delivery on the store is worse they sell you furniture in the store. They said they have it in the warehouse and when you going to pick up your stuff in the warehouse, they don't have us through the next month.

This place needs to work on this customer service.
Since this is a warehouse environment, Sometimes customers come here to pick up their own furniture they've purchased and came here to pick-up to save on high delivery cost. they could work on their organization And being customer friendly, not everyone that comes to pick up Furniture from this location is a truck driver, courier or third party. Security is laxed at best.
If you can get them off their phone.

Y'all! I'm normally not one to write reviews, but I HAVE to brag on my delivery service today. I ordered a couch and a kitchen table from Ashley Furniture last week and the guys who showed up to deliver and assemble everything today were honestly the best. They were cheerful, efficient, helpful and overall so kind. They treated me as though I was their only customer in the world and made sure I was 100% happy before they left. Cam, Anthony and Terrance, I'm so thankful for y'all making my experience with Ashley Furniture so great. You three are a dream team! Thanks again!

I received our delivery from very cool Professional men. Cam Lewis and Anthony. They are very fast and have the right equipment to do even more than their own jobs. These fantastic guys are getting this review because they have the best chemistry i've seen. Their incredible wrapping and cleanliness is just incomparable to what we have experienced.
Our huge living room set was hand-crafted with great love and concern for such bad weather. “Supreme Team” keep that energy!!! We have more to shop for, we want you guys over again!

The Supreme Team, Cam Lewis, Anthony Samms, and Terrance Hall just delivered our new Ashley furniture. I could tell by their attitudes that they were different. They were extremely positive in their attitudes and provided an excellent service. Their customer service went above and beyond and is missing with most companies today, but not with these guys. Great job!
