I placed an order for my package on June 29 with the expectation of receiving it by July 3rd, as I had paid for shipping. However, it seems that no progress has been made with my order. I am concerned that my package has not been shipped and is simply sitting there. Many people seem to be experiencing similar issues, and I believe this is becoming a common problem. I feel that it is no longer safe to have our packages sent to this location. If my package does not arrive in the next 2 days, I will have to take further action and file a complaint. This situation is frustrating, especially since I urgently need the item I ordered. It seems like the shippers are being negligent and need to expedite the process. up

My experience with this distribution center isn't as bad as other reviews lead on. Yes, they are slower to get packages out, but fast for being one of the biggest centers in one of the busiest parts of the world.

Imagine how many damn tropical shirts are being shipped in, imagine how many palm saplings are shipped out, etc.

Typically packages will set for roughly 24hrs, maybe 1-3 business days when it's a holiday on standard shipping.

My package was stuck here over the Labor Day weekend. Was marked as delivered, checked the mailbox and nothing. Had to jump thru a forest of different FAQ pages just to find where I could file a claim. Don’t know what my luck will be after reading all these stories but I’ll provide updates here to let you know if you should restore your faith in this place or not.

Not sure. What the problem is, but this facility is definitely broken phone is never answered. It's automatically disconnected. Package I shipped has been sitting here for 9 days. It only took the pony Express 10 days to go from Missouri to California. Hey, what's up USPS. Remember, neither rain nor snow will keep us from our appointed rounds. That was obviously written before The seminole Orlando distribution center was created.

This place is the twilight zone. Even if you paid for $2000 dollar shipping its like they take it as a personal challenge to see how long they can keep it in a bin. If your package says it's come to this distribution center, your package is for the streets, even Amazon knows, that tracking progress bar should decrease when it gets here. It had a better chance of making it to China in 3 hours on a single engine plane from NYC than to your doorstep that's an hour away from this facility. Close the Amazon app, the Google tracking page, whatever you're using to track it cus once it says Seminole- Orlando distribution center FL, it's in God's hands now, you're not getting that package for a while, don't call them, don't drive over there, just forget about it, it'll come 4-29 days after expected delivery.

My package was suppose to arrive yesterday and like other very common stories it’s now just sitting at the distribution center with a 3 day delay. I am about 30 min out from this location if I could I would grab it myself but that isn’t an option. This really sucks & There’s no one to even talk to about the inconvenience of it all as the line goes straight to busy.

For 7 days I've been waiting for a package coming from the Seminole Orlando Center. The Distribution Center is an hour away from my house. When I filed a report with USPS I got bounced around by different people on what to do and what to fill out. In the report it says that they will contact you within three business days have not heard a word going on day 4. I thought maybe it was just a coincidence but going online and reading that this is been going on for well over a year I'm going to chalk it up to poor management and sheer laziness. Do better US Postal Service or kindly resign.

I had 2 packages being delivered from the same company. They were shipped the same day and first arrived at this distribution center on May 25th. I received 1 of my packages on May 28th, as planned, but somehow my other package was sent from here to a post office out of my zip code and the post office was unable to tell me where my package was or when I would get it. How are 2 packages with the same name and address that arrive at the same time shipped to 2 different places It makes no sense at all!!!!!! Later that same day, my package was shipped back to this distribution center and now on May 31 my package is in Brooklyn, NY ? Why would my package go from where I live to New York This is beyond ridiculous and I can't seem to get in contact with anyone besides an automated phone system. This distribution center clearly lacks the ability to do their job correctly as this is a shared experience among many of the reviews. Do better USPS ?.
