Could not believe the unprofessional attitude of the staff at this location. The office employee asked a customer what their business was being there, which was answered, the lady immediately began screaming, swearing and threatening the customer. The owner of the company was informed of what was happening and the customers were given the excuse "she's having a bad day".
In the past year this place has gone so far down hill. They will not deal with the rat infestation. The main gate to the facility is often broke leaving it unsecure or costumers locked out. On being locked out they will change customers codes without reason. And to top off all of this they've recently began raising the rent prices without notice.
I would definitely find a different company for your storage unless you like dealing with a unprofessional company, have your items destroyed by rats and often locked out.

Since you blocked responses, my storage is in my partners name at your facility and I've seen first hand how this place runs and the way staff treats customers. I would hope you wouldn't require a security deposit, as most do not. The last time I was at our storage unit the rats and chewed, urinated and dedicated on most of our items. But no worries we will be leaving this slum Lord of a business real soon. I'm sure the office personal with their nasty attitude and childish late notice letters will keep that place full and profitable. I'm sure I can find one that isn't full of old restaurant equipment trash, rats and barely working security. I'd rather pay more for quality

Keeley helped us get the perfect truck. We rented the lift gate truck, it made moving large items so much easier. Only place in town with a lift gate truck. Great value, super friendly service, very helpful. Will definitely rent from here again.

Never answers phone!! I don't have a car so it's hard for me to get there to make a payment. I have been calling for a week str8 and no one has answered.
