Even if you’re doing a drop and hook, expect to be here for a long time. Expect it to be ready earliest at the end of your window. Been waiting for 12 hours for them to load a trailer for me to take. Could have delivered 3 times in that window.

Also, absolutely check your trailers after because they don’t bother before they start loading it. You’d think if they’re gonna take 12 hours to load a trailer they’d at least take a Quick Look around it before putting it up to a door to be loaded.

Lost at least full day of driving to this dogshit location between waiting half a day to get loaded and waiting for the trailer to be repaired so it can legally go on the road again.

This is the worst place to load in the entire United States. This is my second time loading here. I got here at 8am and it's 6pm and they are still loading. They put a pallet down every 5 hours. It's disrespectful. I will never come back here.

This is the first and the last time I'm coming here. People here simply don't care they're in no rush, they will load one pallet and then go shoot shit before they release oh I'm still loading this truck come back load one or two and back to shooting shit. Management ZERO employees negative 10.

Who is the plant manager here? The only person that I encountered who had a single ounce of professionally was the lady in shipping/ receiving. The two guards that I was forced to deal with were horrifically rude. Also, the drop yard is a dump and I can see 3 yard dogs from where I am and all of them are asleep. If this is how they act out here I can only imagine what y’all let fly on the inside.

They need to fire the lady that’s working at the front desk it’s never the pretty woman whol mean an hateful Always the ones look like her the entire office had a smell an she had the nerve to be mean an hateful if you don’t like your pay rate you should get another job it’s not our fault you don’t know your worth or you have to settle in life go pray about it

Had a bad experience here. Staff is nice but a lot of going to different places and there was a line out the door to pu load. Bring your patients you may need them. Customer loaded a damaged trailer and that’s why the 2 stars. Cost me a full day of work fighting with incompetent staff at work over this. 2 stars well earned

Every time o come here .. it’s an issue.. why would the yard dog drop trailers in spots that are not spots. Block your trailer.. then ride by like they don’t see you🙄🙄🙄

I do drop and hooks here. Check in at the main area is fine most of the time. Overnight guard at the drop lot is an idiot, tonight I had to talk to him four times and each of those four times he did not understand that I was dropping my loaded trailer in the empty lot because of overflow, and that I was taking an empty trailer. I'm not sure what's so hard about that to grasp, but I think he was high. Very annoying to have to repeat myself that many times. They need someone more competent to work that shift over there.
