Great location and friendly staff! They didn’t have the furniture pads readily available that I reserved online, but I understand how inventory changes daily. Would be nice to have an alternative nearby in case of shortages. Otherwise, great experience!

The staff at this facility made my inconvenient move, as convenient as any move through having the perfect place for me. I really found the rear entrance most convenient.
Without the services of this staff...my move could have been a nightmare.

I had a truck scheduled with the 24/7 pickup and the store decided 5 minutes before my pickup time to cancel my truck without so much as a phone call despite the truck being available. I just got an automated email that it was canceled. I had to call the corporate line to get a truck that same evening for my move. Upon returning the truck, they erroneously charged me for a missing utility dolly that was never provided despite my stating on check in and check out that I did not have any dollys. I again had to call the corporate line for assistance. I have used multiple uhaul locations and rented quite a few trucks in the past and never had so many issues. I would use caution using this location.

I recently called rearding an upcharge to my payment method when the manager rudely cut me off while I was explaining my concerns and confusion, all while acting like my family and I were the problem when THEY were the ones who charged me for something I didn't authorize. My dad mistakenly hit a button for an upcharge, asked to have it taken off, and we find out later that it wasn't. I'm really upset because of how she treated us and how she talked about my family. The upside: I used a van of theirs with no issue. Hopefully the management improves soon, but for now my rating reflects my experience.

After 3 hours of running to 2 different locations and over an hour on the phone with uhaul, this location solved my needs. Very friendly front desk staff. Clean environment and the truck was clean and easy to operate.
The staff at this location made everything so easy after such run around we had been through all day.

I reserved the van for 24 hours, thinking I could load it on the first day. However, the van smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so I didn't want to leave my stuff in it overnight. This made me 25 minutes late when returning the van, and I was charged an extra day fee of $19.95. I don't think it's fair to charge me extra when I couldn't load early due to the cigarette smell.

While the staff at the location are pretty decent, the online process is a joke. They called my employer, asked for 2 references, knowing I was renting the truck at 6. Now, I have to sit for an hour and wait for the store to open, because I couldn’t get the second reference to answer. The required information should be clarified prior to clicking the “pick up truck” option after you’ve already arrived. 2 references or a picture (not uploaded) lease information is required. It’s horrible that I have movers ready and there’s no other tools to provide you all can provide to help with this. Do yourself a favor and just do Penske or Budget…unless you can go to the store during business hours
