Came in to check in and the guy in the little trailer inside was either high or just slow. No acknowledgement when I walked up to the window. Playing with his phone, I stand there and start messing around with random things on the counter till he deign to speak to me. The unloading was rather quick, only bright spot.

Took forever to get loaded. They were only doing live loads in one dock. Each truck took close to two hours to get loaded. Now the whole time this is going on their shuttle drivers are getting loaded multiple times. So after close to 4 hours I'm wondering how I'm going to make my appointment on time. For a standard cardboard load, this is ridiculous. The whole thing is disorganized. Places like this ruin trucking. Management needs to review your process. Any thought put into improvement could only make it better. If not quit doing live loads. Hook up with a mega carrier and become a drop and hook location. Then tell your customers your lead time is doubled. Not our problem.
