5 Star service. We have had 1-2 spaces here for our nonprofit for years now and the owners are always so helpful. The place is clean, with a clean bathroom and accessible loading docks.

Great place - clean and easy to get around. Great people running it -
friendly and thoughtful. Only issue is with U-Haul, who promotes a free month storage with a truck rental - it does NOT work that way and is misleading. This place should reconsider their marketing relationship with U-Haul. Overall a fair price for the storage and truck rental though.

A little pricey when compared to some of the larger franchises popping up like mushrooms everywhere but your really can't beat the access and cleanliness of this storage facility. Or the friendly onsite staff. Safe, secure, and always has ample carts available plus the large 3 bay loading/unloading area for cars, vans and large trucks makes getting in and out a breeze. Parking can be hard to find on really busy days and you might need to wait to use the loading bay, but that goes for most storage facilities. At least here you don't have to fight to the death for the carts. 🙂

I have been at "Your Extra Attic" for 6+ years and visit often as our business has materials stored there. It is people that make or break a business. Management changed a couple years ago. The team there now are really SUPER people, my crew and I are always greeted with a smile, friendly wave and/or conversation. The facility is always clean and if needed, the manager(s) will almost bend over backwards for you. Can't say enough good things about them. If you need storage space or a U-Haul truck, you wont find any nicer people to deal with.

The facility is excellent - clean, bright, safe, well kept. The outside is also beautifully maintained. One thing turned me off, though was a customer service issue. I'd inquired about a unit in person and was told there were two available but they go fast. When I went back a few weeks later neither of the two were available. When I left the office one the staff members said just loud enough for me to hear "I told you so." This left a bad taste in my mouth. To their credit, they did call me when a unit came open, which I then rented. Her statement was unnecessary and unprofessional. I'm still rating the service aspect "Good" because the other staff members were more than helpful.

Fast, friendly service!! Reserved truck in Kennesaw and it was ready to drive off by the time I arrived!! Excellent customer service and the guy who processed my paper work was HILARIOUS 😂 and very friendly!! I'll definitely rent from them again!!!

I have had a storage unit there for a few years. The people working there are always very attentive and courteous as if they know who is the customer! What a novel idea for most businesses. The grounds are always well kept and the halls of this climate controlled facility are as well. A good value and excellent location (get the free coupons for Bruster's on the counter as Bruster's is just outside)!

Your Extra Attic on Lower Roswell Road has exceptional service. The property is alway clean, I feel safe and I know I can trust Nancy to look out for my best interests, she take a personal approach with her customers, which is so refreshing. Now a days, its very hard to find great customer service with a friendly and professional feel. I would recommend this company and definitely this location to anyone. Thank you Extra Attic!
