I visit this bus station every day; it requires improved customer service and additional restrooms. Most drivers are from third-party companies, and there should be a 24-hour bus card payment kiosk available on-site. Currently, you can only recharge your bus card during business hours, which is quite inconvenient.

It's pretty clean, bunch of buses that take you all over Georgia, and the drivers are really nice and helpful. They have an interesting gender neutral bathroom that has an automatic door that can be locked, and a timer.

Primary Hub for Cobb link. From this location, you can get to numerous areas of Marietta, Kennesaw, Smyrna, The Battery, Austell, 6Flags, and several locations with Marta connections, including the Art Center, and Homes Station for trains. With additional runs in the AM for downtown Atl, drop off only, with PM pickup only / returns Mon - Fri.

Bus service itself is fine, for such a car-dominated area. Drivers were never rude to me, never failed to stop for me. There are some occasional temporary gaps in service, but the bus GPS tracking services are accurate (albeit old) so you get a good idea what's going on.

The biggest problem for me is buying tickets. There's no smartphone support whatsoever, kiosk at the Transfer Center either doesn't work or doesn't sell tickets. I'll try ordering tickets by mail and wait for them for a week or two (like it's the 60s). But for now, I can only pay with exact cash, and this is not an easy task nowadays. Just makes you feel like an unwanted customer overall.

My experience with The Bus I took was very lovely, but the reason it only receives 4 out of 5 stars it wasn't something amazing it was just a basic transportation system that gets its job done 🙂

I use the transit system once a month returning from the airport. Service is on time, not over crowded and clean. Its a convenient pickup location and for 2.50 you can beat it. Its a bus station so you do have homeless people and folks just hanging around but it seems like a safe place. I get off the bus and my ride is there to pick me up.

I am new to riding the bus here although I've lived here over 10 yrs. I was skeptical that i would like it. I ride the CCT 101 early Express Bus. It definitely leaves on time because I missed it once 🙂 The center and parking lot are clean and seem to be cared for pretty well. I haven't had any issues so far. I'm loving my work commute bus experience. Plus my company pays for my Breeze card! Winning! What's there to complain about 🙂
