The customer service here is beyond exceptional! I use your service regularly for my guests at the Cobb Galleria Centre and have never had a guess miss their connection thanks to Victory Cab. Most reliable and friendly taxi service there is!!! Highly recommend!!

Used to be wonderful,, I canceled rides after waiting over 45-50 minutes. Dispatcher (man) was very rude. Most drivers are nice. Spent too much money with them to get treated so poorly..done with this company

I have used this service for the last time if I need another ride I would rather walk , to begin my driver was so hell bent telling me how Trump stole this election and how much Biden did for this country to be done the way he was treated,o k fine everyone has there own opinion but don't prech about yours while offering public service a person has to pay you to do your job this person was so hell bent on this he wouldn't even let me respond to his comments that was personally motivated by something. I could only believe due to his accent it was personal and he wanted to tell somebody but I am the wrong person to spew your hate too. To end my day I called asking not send him back ever to pick me up waiting on a call back at 6:30 finally got one 30 minutes later ask if I wanted to wait for a ride I said please get me a ride now it is 8:00 no call back had to find another way to get home and they never even called back after that so they would have left standed and waiting, long story short I hope the owner of this company reads this and gets as mad as I was for this type service, but I don't think it would matter to them , I have managed several business' and you better believe 1 unhappy consumer is worse than many many happy ones. I now see why uber is taking all the cab services if this what people get .we'll uber has a new customer thanks VICTORY CAB CO.

Victory Cab is very reliable. Their cabs are always on time and clean. The customer support, especially the dispatch working in the morning, is excellent. He is always helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend Victory Cab for dependable transportation.

Excellent service. I needed a miracle. I called and Victory Cab came fast! 10 minutes!!!! All other car services needed 45 minutes minimum. I'll only call 1.

Worst experience I've ever had in any automobile. Went to the airport and the driver took the long way on I-285 and then got lost. YES, COULDN'T FIND THE AIRPORT! Unless he purposely took the long way to increase the fare?! Was quoted $70 to $80, actual fare was over $100. Van A/C barely worked and vehicle was giving about 5 alarms for the check engine light. DO NOT USE!

On Aug 2, 2024, the driver charged me 3 times for 1 trip on a $38 charge. I am sure the driver overcharged on my 10 mile trip, too. The driver kept saying that my card "was not going through," and he told me to run it through again. If that wasn't enough, he called the Victory company (or said it was) to run it through again. The 2 extra charges did not come up as Victory, but they did come up on my card twice as: SUMUP*H & L., DBA Marietta, GA.

ADDITION TO THIS REVIEW:
The Victory Cab Company owner was extremely sorry that any of the above happened and money was refunded to me.
