For live loads, you will come through the gate and look for yard dog. He/she will direct you to what door to dock into. Plenty room for backing. Once docked, go into the office , hand them your paperwork, and let them know what door. I arrived at 3:30 pm, they started unloading at 4:52 pm. I am the only truck here. I felt like they could have started sooner, but hey, it is what it is. It is now 5:15 pm. Hopefully I'm gone before 5:30 pm. If that's the case, I'll give 4 stars.
