I’ve been using this shipping service since 2018 when I lived in Georgia. Now, I live in Florida, and for the past three years, I’ve been driving over five hours to ship items with them. The service has generally been great, but my last experience was disappointing. I shipped two TVs and a box, and before shipping, they inspected the TVs to confirm there was no damage. However, when my family received the shipment, they noticed that one of the TV screens was cracked. I contacted the company via WhatsApp to complain, but they ignored my message. Both TVs were crated, so the damage must have occurred sometime after the inspection and crating, as the other TV was undamaged. We spent money to ship these stuff. At least refund the shipping cost for the tv and half of the crating fee. I would be careful shipping electronics with them

Anybody that gives these people more than one star are lying!!! They are the absolute worst!!! They lie about your package being shipped. They hold on to your packages for weeks before shipping through Miami and lie on the cargo shipper there. They also refuse to answer the phone to give updates on your paid shipped package! They don't do COD you MUST pay upfront! I discovered in the islands that people have used this same shipper and have the same bloody experience!! DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM! THEY CARE ZERO!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!

My husband has been using this company to ship things back home to jamaica for years. He had one experience where a crate was not shipped for him but he was able to call and they located it and shipped it to him. The service was great until this. On October 26, 2024 I payed to have 2 barrels and a pallet box shipped to JA hoping it would get there before the holiday. In November the receiver was informed by the agent in JA that the shipment had arrived, however it was short 1 barrel. He was informed that another shipment was coming in that same week so they will check to see if it was among them. It wasn't, another shipment the same thing so he went and collect what was there. I called and made a report on Dec 10, at that time the email that was sent by the agent regarding the short shipment was given attention. I was told they would check with the warehouse in Miami. Called back a few days nothing they were clearing the warehouse. Been calling back after the holiday no answer so I sent them a letter by email and also forward it to there whatsapp on Jan 6. I got an acknowledgement that they would look into the matter. It's now Jan 21 and nothing. I hope my experience can shed light on some of these issues to protect others from going through the same thing.

Worst shipping company . You dont get your stuff on time . They tell you 3 weeks when it’s actually a month before you get your stuff when shipping internationally. WORST COMPANY!!!!!!

My first experience here was awesome!! Great staff. Whoever answers the phone when I call needs to call the white house for me and cancel my student loans because im SURE theyd get it cleared up, they're so pleasant and courteous. If you need great assistance getting your stuff packed, check Adrian. And the ladies in the office are so helpful and they are GORGEOUS!! Thanks a million, the shipping process isn't as stressful as I thought it would be!

Always good service(Update 2022)
They have been my go to place for shipping barrels to Jamaica. I had to change the name of the person for pickup and they helped me to do it and I'm very appreciative.
