Made a U-Haul pickup reservation several days ago for 24 hour pickup. On the U-Haul website it shows as confirmed. We arrived Sunday morning for our 10:00 AM pickup and of course the gates were closed which was expected as they’re closed on weekends but we arrived with the expectation that we’d be able to use the mobile app for pickup. After literally confirming all of the details with the woman at this location, we arrived ready to load with several family members who took time out of their weekend to help us. The woman at this location forgot to setup mobile pickup so we have no truck, no ability move, nothing.

No one even bothered to call back after calling several times to get this situated.

This is horrible service! Don’t waste your time with this company.
