I have to hand it to them these guys got my truck unloaded really fast about an hour. That lumper fee but what truck driver or what truck driving company likes a lumper fee. The argument is they ordered it why are we paying a lumper fee?

Showed up at 8am for a 9am appointment. It's currently 11:30am and we're still waiting for paperwork. It was 14 pallets of one product, so it shouldn't take forever to count, and shouldn't be broken down. Whatever you do, don't park at the Walmart! They are booting trucks to extort money from sleeping drivers! We were lucky. We drive team, so my husband was sitting in the seat when they drove in at 2am and started booting people. So we got the hell out of there.

The reviews are absolute liars. I was late thanks to a closure on I24 I wasn’t sure how to get around and I had a full trailer for these guys. They took me an hour late, had me in a door right away, and 2.4 hours after arrival I was scooting on down the line. Also, this may have been my cheapest ever Capstone visit. Ever. $140 for the whole load. Beats the hell out of the last time I was here 8 or so years ago when I spent all day waiting for a door. These guys have definitely improved and may have improved more than any other PFG warehouse I’ve visited.

they don’t have a overnight parking they will let you in before 1 hr.there is Walmart near by don’t park overnight there otherwise you have to pay five hundred dollar right away plz don’t park overnight there humble request 🙏🙏

Good experience. In and out pretty quick for a lumper unloading. Manuvering can be a little challenging.
