Great place to deliver to. I arrived at 8 PM, low on hours, and they let me drop my trailer in a yard spot, then bob tail back up to the front area, and park for the night. Next morning grab any empty, and hit the road.

No overnight parking place is EXTREMELY DARK and ur expected to back into asigned parking spots so have a flashlight to find the numbers

Never want to come back here again guard doesn't want to help you TRL gets dropped a day before should been unloaded on night shift still wasn't unloaded the guy in the driver's room sat there and ignored me for 10 minutes then tells me to talk to the guard only thing the guard wanted to do was issum finally got him to call someone

I ordered a mattress 3 weeks ago with delivery date today November 29. The wrong mattress was delivered. The customer service rep advised this distribution centre put the wrong item on the truck. They offered no apology, no way to fix service other than "maybe in one week". Apparently they only come to Florida area once a week so if they mess up your order, you're screwed. We have cancelled the order as this does not meet our needs.

Great quality. I will only buy my furniture here. Delivery is worth every cent. So get it so the stress of taking furniture home and putting it together taken away.

Waited 50 minutes to pick up my ding room table and chairs. No one else was in line or did anyone else come.
I had to ask John who helped me why it was so long and he said a guy forgot to pull the order.
They could have at least told me during the 50 minute wait why I was waiting.
