Not sure about the unload time but I been here since last night and there is pretty much NO one here. Appt is at 12 pm, but it 8am and there is still pretty much NO one here . Despite all the good comments people said about the female at the guard shack, I didn't feel any of that. Maybe she chooses who she wants to be nice to and load them early. They do have overnight parking though. Don't come more then any hour before your appt time.

Out 8.30 pm . Nice over overnight parking.
If they would load a little faster would be great.

Check in at guard shack across from docking on left. Then pull over to the parking lot on the left go to door ask what doc. And then park and wait. Peacefull place not a bunch of madness

Quick loading. Park truck on the left side and check in with guard. I was a little late for appointment but was loaded right away

Our 2nd time here never an issue appt @ 10am arrived 45 mins earlier got a dock right off unloaded by 10:10am. Super nice lady at shipping and receiving office thank you for your help!

I’ve been picking up here for 10 years. Never have I ever had to go to the mud lot and pick up a 44,000lbs loaded trailer. Not to mention the trailer was put in the bushes pushed back behind other trailers so that it couldn’t be seen and very hard to find. This was done on purpose by the yard driver which I know of but don’t know. I hope this wasn’t a personal sabotage. Next the driver side of trailer was rubbed against the trailer next to it. This wasnt a mistake made by a person who take pride in what they do. No honor, integrity, no morals. The normal drop area is big enough to park a plane so what possessed him to put my trailer in mud. Common sense should’ve told him the trailer will sink heavy. I will continue to load here cause it’s a awesome place to load at but I will get in touch with a supervisor before hand if this review can’t get one to reach out to me.

Made a delivery pulled up to park and it was crazy trying to get parked on the lot no space to park switcher trying to do there job disconnected bobtail for unloading waiting two different guard shacks for in and out straight pandemonium. Employees were nice but organization and more space needed
