I drove from North Carolina to pick up this trailer. This custom enclosed trailer exceeded my expectation. Absolutely beautiful and extremely well built. When I pull up to a job site the trailer screams professional. Liz and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. I will buy all my future trailers from here.

Great place to do business, from the first phone call to the minute I drove off with my trailer, there was nothing but great customer service. I had my trailer built with extra height for my SXS and Ms. Kerri took the extra time to sit down with me and explained every option that was available. The build time was super quick little less than two weeks. After dealing with other business (Best Trailers & Supply in Byron) which haven't call me back yet after going there, I drove two hours to Fitzgerald and I don't regret. I would encourage anyone looking for an enclosed trailer to give them a call.

LIZ AND ARI. The dynamic duo you NEED on your side when purchasing any trailer. Both very knowledgeable in the product and options they offer and just great people to deal with in general. Excellent customer service. Liz Listens to your needs , takes your order , give you options , get you exactly what you want and Ari delivers. I was browsing Facebook for enclosed trailers..saw one for an unbeatable price. Did my due diligence to make sure it wasn’t a scam..I was very happy to find out everything was legit. Here I am now a very happy customer leaving my review….the customer service was amazing, responded quickly to all questions, I was an out of state customer. Very cheap quality built. See pictures of a brand new $10000 concession trailer.
We took to our private shop and reworked it ourselves… One of the clearance lights didn’t work when we got home, the wire broke. Trailer was supposed to be 8.5 foot wide which is what is on the title but it is 8’2” wide. Most of the issues were a lack of taking the time to put pride in their workmanship and learning how to read a tape measure. We spent another $500 in plywood to correct most of the gaps in the joints. I would never recommend this company.

I waited till I had time to thoroughly evaluate the whole purchase , purchase experience, and use the trailer in the real world before leaving a review of our new concession trailer . I was admittedly hesitant to make a purchase 2 states away via phone calls and messaging , especially a purchase of this amount. But from the beginning they were very detailed , respectful , knowledgeable and assuring . The entire ordering process was very easy and thorough , down to the deposits , delivery and final payment . Besides nitpicking a few corners inside that could have been filed down ( sharp edges ) overall is a fantastic trailer at a great price , with freindly people to deal with . I Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future . Thanks Lucy and Luis !
