I have nothing but great experiences working with Superior. They have gone above and beyond when it comes to accommodating our schedules which are very short notice at times. Their crews are very professional and easy to work around. Darryl is an awesome operator and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to helping place equipment in tight quarters.
All in all this is a great company from the office personnel to the field guys.

Our machine installer contacted Superior Rigging and confirmed a crane and I sent an email that day with the details. The email was never answered and when calling to confirm the details we were told the company didn't have a crane available. I have to problem with someone not having the availability of equipment but there is no reason to not answering the email and letting us know. Now we are scrambling for a crane at the last minute.

I called on Superior to set a roof top unit for my company. I delt with Gabby Cagliani during the whole process and I must say she done an excellent job of setting everything up for me. I even had to postpone the job at the last minute but again she handled everything for me. She made my job a lot easier. Crane operator arrived on time and done a great job as well. Superior now has a customer for life.

These guys did a great job on unloading and leveling our new CNC milling machine. The factory technician said this was the first time that he didn't have to make any leveling adjustments during the start-up. Highly recommended.

Attention truck drivers if you are planning on delivering to this company please do yourself a favor and cancel the load before coming here total disrespect towards truck drivers and their time. Second time here and it’s always a different story to get you offloaded please drivers stay away from this place. They have no respect for us truck drivers. Shame on you guys not taking care of us truck drivers even though you yourself have drivers too. Awful place all around.

Not necessarily the experience with the company as much as one of the employees. Matthew Carl Sasser is the employee that I am referring to, unfortunately he passed away just recently. He was a great man, cared for his employees and their safety. I knew him personally, am a part of his family. We sat and talked about him working in the tool room when he was unable to do field work as much anymore. He did guys would get so mad at him for making them follow thru with a safety on something they were getting, in all actuality he probably saved a bunch of them lives. You can't second guess in the field of work he was in, massive cranes and cables.Not much of mistake and someone was notifying your family. He made sure everyone was safe. He loved his family, to his daughter Jessica he was larger than life. He was generous and his grandkids loved their PaPa. Sorry he just made a very big impression on everyone that had the privilege of meeting him.

We - MAGNUM, have been using Superior for over 20 years. We definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a great crew of hard working guys to do their rigging & crane work. A 5 star company.

I'm a steel detailer and I've done two small jobs for Superior in July and August. They are VERY slow to pay. I still as of this date have not been paid for the second one.
