I dropped off a simple budget 1911 kit to these guys a few weeks back, described to them what I was envisioning for it, and left. When I got the call it was ready I went back and that “budget” pistol I dropped off was now, in my opinion, a one of a kind masterpiece. That’s no hyperbole. The care and thought put into designing and creating it is evident. It honestly blew past my already pretty high expectations.

The quality of the finish? *Chef’s kiss*. The detail of the engravings they packed into such a restricted area? Mind blowing! I stared at it for an hour it felt like when I got it home just to soak everything in.

The team at C&B did a spectacular job with my pistol. I had a hard time deciding which pattern to use, and they helped me every step of the way. The customer service is great, and the quality of their work is top notch. The only suggestion I could make for improvement was their work order system, I had a little trouble navigating that. In the end, they did all the work order stuff for me, which speaks volumes to their customer support.

What a bunch of quality guys doing quality work. I'm very happy with the way my EDC pistol turned out. Color is perfect. Coating is perfect. I feel much less worried about the slide dealing with the elements and potentially trying to rust on me. Originally I went in with no plans to immediately purchase any coating but when they told me the price to get the slide, grip module and the compensator done... I was like "take my money. That's a great price". The quality of their work is SIGNIFICANTLY above what their pricing represents. Wish I would've found them years ago.
