I have purchased so many things for my room by room remodels of our home. Every item purchased was exactly as described. I’ve put in cordless blinds in all my windows, hung drapes, put in a garden trellis and so much more. Even got a portable A/C. I’ve never overpaid. Nice people who run it. Always polite at pick up and respond quickly to emails. Never needed to return anything so can’t speak to that.

Great deals, easy to bid and great customer service. Really can't ask for more. I've literally bought hundreds of items. Some items maybe dented or broken or missing parts, but as long as you let them know they'll take care of the issue. New items come weekly and all the bids start at $5. I've won multiple items, most are over half off of what I would have paid retail. This is the best way to shop and save the Earth at the same time.

This place sells pallets of returns and shipments of merchandise, furniture, equipment, building materials and other variety of good. The items are not tested and not guaranteed. But you get them at a reduced price and in many cases it's worth a gamble. They have auctions online for separate items and sales for pallets.

Can do little more better on some prices..because we have to compete with thousands of sellers and most times lots the items comes defective missing parts and all. Overall it's a good place..recommend..
