Called about a Glock baseplate swap, and they laughed, saying it was ‘easy.’ Showed up, and they struggled for 40 minutes, then recklessly squeezed my mags with pliers like a nutcracker, cracking one and damaging all of them just to complete the swap. After ruining my mags, they still charged $20, originally wanted $25 for something so basic. Tried to talk them down to $15–$10, but they wouldn’t budge. Overpriced, careless, and unprofessional—wouldn’t trust them with anything.

Great people. Very informative, patient, and willing to do their best to find the right gun for you. Their store front may be pretty small but want they lack in quantity they most definitely make up for it in quality! Acquired this little hard to find gem from them and the optic at a reasonable price. Will definitely be back to acquire a few more gems from them in the near future.

Best shop in North GA hands down. All the high end gear you're looking for. Firearms, optics, accessories, class 3 stuff you name it. Folks that work their are awesome. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely convenient that they can take your prints/pics on site. I hate silencershop kiosks, so added bonus that they process their own paperwork as well and avoid the SS "certification process" for form 4s to speed up the process (although they do have a kiosk and offer that option as well if you choose). They'll even set up your trust for you as well. True one stop shop. Couldn't recommend them enough. My first stop for anything I need.

They didn’t have what I was looking for (over under shotgun) but I met Jeff who was very helpful and informative. When I’m ready to purchase a rifle I’d definitely go back. They had a beautiful selection that I could stare at for hours 🤤 Definitely worth taking a look at.
