I bought a Glock 43x 6 months ago. It's never been dropped or abused in anyway. Shooting one morning the gun just felt slightly off. I stopped and looked at the frame and it had large crack on both sides. I stopped shooting. Took pictures of it. Sent an email in about it. Thinking this would definitely be covered under warranty. Monday I get an email back saying it's probably due to an over pressured round. That I would need to contact the ammunition manufacturer and have them put a claim in and after the repair the ammunition company and I would be responsible for the cost. Seems like a cop out. I honestly don't want to jump through hoops to get it fixed so I said I will just pay for it. Which they told me the price. $100 plus tax which isn't a big deal it's really about the principal. It's 6 months old. It wasn't abused or modified.It's my everyday carry (won't be anymore) really a bad business decision on there end. I was planning on getting a G19 and G26 here soon but I won't now. I won't buy another Glock and I will do whatever I can to talk people out of buying one.

Big glock guy here i own 8 different models Hand a situation with my EDC ScS Screws broke off in my 17 mos I took it to over 7 gun smiths in a 8month span in the Fayetteville Nc area..Not one person could could help me unless they drilled the screws out I wasn't with it...I was told to just try and send it in and see what glock could do.. Well I wasted all tht time..Glock took care of everything in 2 weeks...🫡‼️🙌🤞

I bought a new Glock G19 MOS and fired 400 rounds of top quality factory ammo. The barrel coating wear is worse than any 9mm gun I own. Also, the recoil spring jumps out of its nest after the first round. I emailed Glock support with no answer. I called them and they said barrel wear down to the metal is normal and the spring dislocation is no issue Why other competitive guns with better value don't have the same issues? See pictures attached.
Otherwise the gun is reliable and no malfunctions whatsoever. It fits really nice in the hand. I can pick up the plastic sights with no trouble but I don't like the trigger.

I've seen issues or malfunctions after modifications are made. Stock form works flawlessly. Learned my lesson and will only change trigger and sights and spend Gucci money on ammo and/or training. Wish Gen5 is available in Commiefornia for southpaws. Recently realized Glock also made fixed knives. For the money, it's no brainer not to pick one up. Looks solid. Polymer handle is bit slippery (too smooth). Maybe I need stipple job lol.

I really love the field knife model 81 but they won’t sell me a replacement scabbard. Awesome knife, disappointed with the customer service.

No one has a better warranty. If you are in Atlanta, better. Simply take it to the facility and they will repair it there. Customer service is outstanding.

Great Company Support. First 9mm I got was a Glock and It's been a great gun that still runs from 1996 and thousands of Rounds as well as a number of other pistols that I have from them.

One Time I bought a used gun and didn't notice that one of the slide rails was broken, I contacted Glock and they had me send it in, and a month later I got it back and been a solid gun for my competition matches.
