I ordered a Bible as a Christmas gift on 12/7 because the webpage listed a 5-10 business day delivery. I kept checking the order status which indicated that it had not been shipped, so on 12/15 I emailed customer service for an order update. I received no response and when the order status had not changed I sent a second email on 12/21, requesting either an order update or response, and indicated that I would cancel the order and/or dispute the charge with my credit card company. I still have not heard anything and the order still hasn't been shipped. They were quick to charge my credit card though. I realize there may be delays due to the holiday season, but to not even provide a response is unacceptable. Can't understand how this company stays in business. DO NOT order from this company!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Still have received no tracking.

Update: Managed to get a hold of someone from the holding? company and got my order shipped out same day.

Patriot Depot is having a rough time with an emergency move it seems and they will get to your order just have some patience. Fulfilment and CS is backed up but they’ll get to you.

Placed an order on July 6th and it still hasn't shipped. Not only did it not ship out yet, but I've sent 2 emails to their customer support and haven't gotten any response so I checked the Google reviews and it seems like almost everyone is having/has had the same problem. I don't mind waiting, as long as everything is legit. My thing is that they should be more transparent from the start

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I made a purchase online and then a day or so later I saw another product of theirs promoted and emailed their customer service if they could include with the original order ( the shipping would have been more than the item in order to make a new order) They got on it right away and were very communicative AND a pleasure to work with late at night (most likely their time zone). About 5 days later I just got another email alert that there was now a promo for free shipping on all - so I once again reached out to them, AND within 24 hours they responded ( on a SUNDAY!) that they would be crediting the shipping - which they just did. Exceptional customer service! I had an issue with my delivery. USPS drug their feet, then it sat in delayed on their site for 2 weeks. Without missing a beat, customer service reached out to their vendor and another shirt was shipped out in 3 days. Still no movemement on the old order. USPS most likely lost it, but the other shirt has arrived and it turned out amazing! It's rare when a small business eats the costs on product and shipping, knowing it will hurt their bottom line, but put their customers first. Again, thank you. Even when you didn't have to, you did. I will continue to come back and give you my business.

Hat has nice raised embroidery. Pleased with product. Took 28 days to get it but product shipped after I posted a bad Google review. Company didn't respond to my email inquiry and unable to reach customer service over the phone. However, once product shipped, delivery within a week.

Buyer beware. Ordered some items back in May. Haven't received anything, and can't get a response. Card has been charged, and can't even dispute it now, since its been so long. At least I only spent $21. Not the end of the world, just the principle of it now.

They gave me a $15 credit coupon. I put multiple items in my cart and just because they were sale items it does not go towards sale items? They must think customers are stupid...by the time you throw in shipping and tax it's not worth it. (even if you apply towards regular sold items) I'm all set probably won't buy anything from you guys because you're too expensive and your coupon savings don't help out!!! If you have seal items you should be able to use that credit towards them either way how else are you going to get a deal here?... I gave two stars though because the quality is good.
