Kevin was decent! Patient kind & helpful! The manager (heavier Caucasian male) was horrible. I had a question while shooting & the manager was deplorable in his response to me.

To respond to the comment left by Remington Range—I was never instructed to see Don.

My issue: Customer service should be top tier always by every employee. Period.

It def wasn’t the case on the day I left this review. No accountability & deplorable service seems to be a theme here. Have an amazing day!

I recently visited Remington Range, and I highly recommend booking with Don as an instructor.

This was my sister and I's first time going to shoot and Don was extremely informative, walking us through every aspect of gun handling. He was very patience with us and supportive. Don is absolutely the person to book with if you're a first-time shooter or a younger adult learning.

As for the range, the customer service was excellent. Matt checked us in and made the process seamless. The range features 17 lanes and offers a great selection of guns for rent. Plus, the store attached to the range has a wide variety of products to explore.

Highly recommend checking them out!

I always have a five star experience here. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
He takes very good care of me!
My lessons with Don are outstanding. Not only has he taught me how to shoot a wide variety of rifles and pistols, but he’s also taught me so much about safety! He has also guided me on the purchase of many guns.
Because of these two gentlemen, I will always make adventure outdoors my “home” store and range!

Luis and Matt are extremely informative!! I’m a full on lefty and I am going with the Walther PDP. They showed me the secrets to use this gun and also made recommendations to help us save $$!! I seriously am coming back to shoot specifically here because of these guys. I felt the passion they had for guns and customers service education. If you have any questions or a newbie in this field and want to get an idea of what fun to use and why- this is your spot!

Too many Rules and Regulations
Ok let me start by saying the staffs are great and awesome and they are doing their jobs good and as told by management. The range hourly price is a great rate and the range is good.
1) The training video makes sense for folks that says, it’s their first time coming to the range or never handled a gun before because since the video/training is free it should be optional and moreover folks don’t really watch it they just seat there on their phones so what’s really the point.
2) Making customers to unload all of their ammunitions is ridiculous I understand they looking for steel cases but just pick a random magazines and test it and see. Customer takes time to load that magazines, to make their time in the range smooth and stress free. You can’t expect us to load our magazines at home and then unload them all and reload them again in the range it makes no sense at all and stressful as hell and definitely less fun if you come in groups.
3) Then when you finally gets in the range they is another rule waiting for you which is
“ DO NOT SHOOT
ABOVE THIS LINE!
Shots striking the floor, ceiling, or anything other than the targets will cause damage to the Range will result in a minimum $200 fine.
$3 FINE PER HOLF IN THIS SIGN. This is not a range school and even if it was mistakes do happens, people bring families members that have no experience in handling guns or shooting one. I have been to several gun range’s that was my first time seeing a price tag on that.
Bottom line too many rules and regulations.
Still a good range and awesome associate.
