We happened to have a breakdown on the side of Hwy I-16…4 hours from home, the day after Christmas. We called this amazing dealership’s service dept and they suggested a tow service, who called us back in less than 10 minutes. (Highly recommend her as well!) We were on the side of the road for less than 30 minutes and at the dealership where we met the nicest people who were ready to help. Seriously, every member made us feel at home and comfortable while we waited for family to come pick us up (that were 3.5 hours away in the opposite direction) of course we had to come back through after our trip to get our car and they had it fixed and ready to go. It was actually done a lot sooner too. I don’t recommend a breakdown, but I do recommend this place. Dublin 3/Chevy/buick etc. service dept is top notch. Thank yall so much for being so helpful & kind.

This is our 2nd time purchasing from Dublin Chevrolet GMC, once in 2019 and now 2024. Of ALL the dealerships we have been to, this one is tops!!! Every person you encounter is so friendly and respectful of your space & time. No pushy, brash salesman. No making you feel pressured into buying anything. Always professional, listens to you and willing to make a great deal! Shout out to Scott, Lonnie and Jimmy... you guys were great! And I must mention the Service Dept, from scheduling to all our maintenance work on our trucks, you rock!!!
Thanks for a wonderful experience and as long as we live near Dublin Chevrolet GMC, we will be customers!

After further review of the amount I was charged, I feel like I was scammed. I was charged over $120 for something that should have been less than $50. I believe my free oil changes are over, so we will not be returning for service. We have bought numerous vehicles from this dealership and should be treated better.
