I needed a ride to a bus station, because I got stranded in middle of nowhere town visiting my fiancee in a detention center, ( heads up Twin cities, Dublin, SWAINSBORO, and surrounding areas have no Lyft or Uber service going back. The ride showed up a little early and unexpected and I had to walk to find him or he was going to leave. Second they swear on how legit they are but rip people off and talk trash about the customers on their walkie talkies which is on a speaker the whole time VERY WEIRD) I was charged 186 for a 35 min ride, I mean the price was too high. Lyft would have charged me 30 roughly I take this same distance to work sometimes which is how I know. That is all definitely looking into getting refunded at least the difference. Oh and they only use cash app I think to make getting refunded difficult. I just feel they took complete advantage of someone in a bad situation. Good luck with your business. Overall im happy I finally got to my destination, but not happy with what I was charged, the reason for such a high fare still made no sense . I think paid for their time which is what the do all day. I will be traveling smarter next time.

Called in the morning and spoke with Candace. They were running 20 minutes late. I called and she said they had no record of my call. They sent a driver who already had people in his car. Said he could not pick me up cause he only had room for one person. I had two people. He said I should have told them that there was 2 people. I didn’t know I was supposed to let them know that there was 2 people. They sent another driver. I was now very late to my appointment. But to be fair, this driver (Daniel) was very professional, and friendly and very helpful. He was the best part of the whole ordeal.
The price was extreme! I will never use them again.

I called this morning telling them they could come pick me up earlier and I would rather them do they because of the weather. Their dispatcher doesn’t have any respect at all she hung up on me multiple times, she kept saying ok sir. When all I was trying to do was to get them here safe after I paid them 150 dollars 2 days early. My original time was for today at 11.

This is the most beautiful, wonderful transportation service. If you want very reliable, dependable transportation, call Candace Transportation. I have used this service several times and they are the nicest people. Very supportive and pick you up at your "door" and take you to your destination very responsibly. Candace is there everyday. When I scheduled my ride from East Dublin, GA, to Augusta, Georgia, the co-owner, Eli, drove me himself. Very nice and intelligent young man to talk to. Very good driver too. Lyft is horrible. Nobody can get a ride from them. They left me hanging at the last minute. Not Candace Transportation. The driver was there in 8 minutes. Sure, Lyft advertises cheap rates, but they NEVER pick you up! Candace Transportation's rates are very comparable to your situation. You GET what you pay for. The day Eli drove me from East Dublin to Augusta, he didn't feel well but still held a really nice conversation and stopped whenever I needed a ladies room. Then, arriving in Augusta, it was very cold and he was actually concerned about me. Candace verified that hours later when I called to thank her for such a great ride and driver. Please, IGNORE any negative review you might read. This is the best of the best when it comes to ride services. Personalized service 100%. Don't waste your time with any other ride services. Again, Lyft NEVER picks you up and you cannot get an Uber. Even if those 2 services existed, they leave you hanging. I will ALWAYS use Candace Transportation only. Sincerely, Micayla Cross

Was driving 83 mph on 75 heading to Florida and had a person with this industry in a newer Gray Toyota RAV4 with the company’s llc (information descaled on the windows) tailgating me, I moved out of the way just for them to pass and they were exceeding 100mph. Absolutely not acceptable, have better time management and drive safer (especially in a freaking snow storm!) I have kids in my car and you’re going to cause an accident with your careless drivers.

This was my first time using Candace transportation when my car broke down and I needed to be picked up from the mechanic. They did an excellent job and the customer service was phenomenal! I would definitely recommend using their services.

Tried to charge all 3 of us the same price to all get picked up and dropped off at the same spot when the dispatch office said its 15 all together the driver said 15 each he was feening for that 30 dollar tip then got mad I said Yu can go almost got into a ruble bc “we waisted his time” I waited a hour and Yu played games yall waisted mine
