This may sound extreme, but really not guard. Has somber attitude act like you are supposed to know everything. Pull to where your back is at that dim colored sign lol. Pull right past the gate security gate so you're back end is at that sign number one.

Number two have your ID ready that way he'll tell you to go cut your seal throw it in the box next to the loppers to cut your seal. He will tell you to pull around to this blue door park right beside it walk your paperwork and they will tell you to , back across from that door feel free to park across from that door

The point is one of the worst places I've ever tried to park. You can't even see the numbers on the doors get some lighting in this place especially how close your trailers are crazy. This is craziness. It took me 22 minutes to get parked. I have no patience , especially the lady was nice to check out. She's been here 18 years and she looks like she's 18 years old lol beautiful thank you young lady but get some lighting is all I can say hopefully this improves.

0658 hours I'm finally leaving after getting here an hour early. The nice lady at receiving told me there were trucks ahead of me. I had one skid. This is unbelievable. Two hours poor lighting. I told her this is not have anything to do with her attitude or anything I am so upset at this company. I will move on now I'm taking a star away , should've never taken this long

Be prepared to wait AT LEAST 6-7 hours. They work incredibly slowly. If you booked at 5am, put the car in for unloading and better go to bed (you will definitely be standing there for 7 hours) Service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I didn’t believe the reviews I am horribly wrong it’s almost 12pm been here since 5:30am no end in site for my unload. They unloaded me but no one has called me to come get my paperwork for hours now. They just keep saying they will call and don’t the poor guy next to me same thing it’s been hours and like I said no end in site. The staff is nice but the unload is unreal

My appointment is Monday morning cancel my appointment. I wait to next appointment 4 days. I check in 5:30 in the morning. I check out 2:30 follow Truck driver don't come here

Waited 6 hours to get unloaded and i arrived 30 min before appointment and they wont put the times in and out so u cant blaime them i did not think best buy was like these

I came here at 5 AM. My appointment was 6 AM and I’m still here now. It is 12 pm so if you’re planning come here, get your food ready and plan at least seven hours

First review I have ever posted. I swear this place has to be the worst of them all. I was scheduled for a 6am delivery but I wasn’t able to leave until 12:30pm. It has to be one of my worst experience I have had as a truck driver and when I say this, trust me. I’m black and I can confirm this. This has to be the worst group of people you can put together and expect results.
