Very good place to unload supposedly my appointment at 5 as always the brokers do not do their job well and lie they had my appointment at 8 and I was late for my other appointment they let me unload my 3 pallets and they did the inspection and let me go very quickly thanks for the help the guard at the entrance was very kind and helped a lot

Show up 20 mnts b4 your appointment, no parking in the area , DO NOT turn on BDC street look ahead for Whole Foods Sign Receiving, you can't miss it..expect to stay here 4 to 5 hrs, Receiving staff are nice folks, the manager should roll his sleeves and get out of his chair & clean the plastic trash that is damging the envirenment (coffee cups, nails, seals , cans ect ) thrown by whomever 👇🏻 in those beautiful trees or make it mendatory for every one to clean them oncw a week even going down by that little creek.

The security guard I met was very friendly but I can’t wrap my head around why he is by himself and running back and forth to the warehouse. At least give the guy a damn golf cart or restructure how you operate your facility. Just another example of companies taking advantage of employees.

Don’t show up early like everyone else says. I was lucky and he let me park off to the side. So far good experience but I am not to a door yet.

Overnight parking-yes on the property.
Unloading is a mess since they hold you on the door without opening the door for 2 hours and actual loading 2 hours.
Be prepared for the stay.
Restroom is available inside checking office.

Do not come before the appointed time! There is no stable work schedule! The staff is not friendly!
DO NOT OVERNIGHT PARKING! You need to park on the street!

I'm having a bad experience. I'm already Unloaded and it's been 2 hours waiting for my papers. Trucks come in & out quickly and they still detain me here. By the way, the entrance is a new Gate with a different address. By the way, the entrance does not match with the address.

Good place to deliver my appointment time was at 9:30 am I arrived at 8:32 am and was put to a door there is signs saying no overnight parking. Truck entrance is before the main entrance. Friendly staff in and out without any problems

Easy check-in. Easy maneuvering into docks. Friendly staff. There is plenty of room for overnight parking. Quick in and out.
