If I could give a negative rating of a billion stars I would. This is one of the worst companies to order from. From failing to deliver when a product was promised to stringing me along for 3 weeks saying "wait a few days" every time I tried to reach out then expecting me to wait for a refund when they took my money without providing the product. Never mind the fact that most items they carry can be found at local retailers for a MUCH lower price.

I ordered a usry that was misrepresented. I thought I was getting a foam gel mattress when it has springs that you can feel every single spring. It mentions encased coils which led me to believe it was just coils of gel. I had a air coiled mattress.. DO NOT BUY ANY large items such as this. When I attempted to make a claim I was automatically offered a 30%refund which tells me that their products are marked 30% and more over actual market value. This value is trash. I cried when I laid on it thinking I'd get a good night's sleep only that will not happen with this mattress. And be aware I've found others who have similar issues. Consider all large items as one way because to ship back I'm sure it will be a fortune. And how are we supposed to put a once compressed bed back in the box? That mattress needs to removed from market. When it comes to a person's health regarding back issues and buying a mattress Wayfair should take this seriously. While they see us as disembodied buyers with money and not taking customers issues seriously tells me they could care less. You'd be better off buying from aliexpress Amazon or Walmart. I am tired of companies getting away with unethical behavior. At least Amazon and Walmart try to rectify issues where as Wayfair avoids them. And they will probably not put me review on their site.either so I'll do it here!

This place sucks! First “attempt” the truck broke down, second attempt they never told me, third attempt the truck is “too small” WHAT? No way a furniture delivery company should be this scatter brained. I was then offered to pick up the furniture. If you don’t have a truck big enough and you’re a FURNITURE COMPANY THAT DELIVERS why would I Do better. I will gladly delete or edit if I ever get my couch but I’m not too sure I will at this rate.

No stars!! I was told we would receive our order between Thurs & Sat & Sat is almost over & FedEx is now saying there is a delay so maybe Mon Why not ship from a location in IL to my house instead of GA This is not a reassuring feeling I'm getting from this co. I hope all my parts are in the box when it reaches me!!

Purchased a Calif..King Comforter set for my King mattress. The sale price was lower than the King and its very nice. Better selections and affordable prices. Will shop Wayfair online more often.

Ordered a chair and it came in 2 days but without casters, pedestal, or any hardware. Customer service will only send the missing parts and take 10 days to get them! They refuse to fast ship them or even another chair! I will never purchase from them again. They even gave me professional status due to my business, but they treat me this way on the first order. The box was neatly put back together and taped, so they knew it was opened or damaged and never checked the contents, poor quality control. Stay away!
