Had a pick up appt at 2pm. Got there @ 1:53pm. The guard shack told me to drop my tlr in my designated spot and back up to door 75 because my loaded tlr wasn’t ready yet, but don’t hook up to it. They’ll come out when they are finished . No issues with that, easy process. 2pm turned into 6:30pm and I’m noticing people leave the building and go to their cars even the yard jockeys. I tried to walk in the door where drivers pick up their paperwork to check on my load and it’s locked. I called the number on the window in the drivers lounge to see if i could speak with someone about my load ( we’re sorry, we’re closed, please call back between Normal business hours ) ? I had to walk all the way around the building back to the guard shack to say hey, are y'all closed he said
“ yes “ i said so what am i supposed to do ? Nobody ever came out to my truck and told me they were done loading it.

Someone from the inside took my paperwork to the guard shack as they were leaving, there’s no telling how long my tlr had been done, I had to sit there 4 hours for nothing. The guard shack apologized to me because this is the 3rd time they did that this week by leaving truckers at the dock and not telling them your tlr is ready you can hook up and leave.

Just be careful and keep checking on your load if it’s not ready yet.

They had me to come to an interview, that I really thought was a road test...proceeded with the interview knowing they wasn’t going to hire me telling ppl I acted like didn’t want to be there & I acted like didn’t need them or whatever that’s supposed to mean…I answered every question they asked then lied to my face saying I was going to get a call instead of telling me right then that I wasn’t a fit for the company really wasted my time and theirs..and everyone don’t get paid the same there they used to start you off with atleast $30/hr and they went down to $25/hr and you don’t get time and a half after overtime

This one warehouse have 2 different address at one place.
Make sure you're address is 246 or 250.
250 is other side follow google map perfect for that's address.
Don't come here before appointment because no waiting area (parking space) here. Tight and worse please . Be safe drive GOD Bless you and GOD Bless America

Never again. If you have a pick up from here stay away. I spent 6 hrs here still not loading. And that forklift driver was so rood. Yes i came on my appointment time. They let me backup to 3 different docks. Still didn’t load me. Thats in 250 JIMMY DELOACH PKWY location.

Super slow...been here 3 hours so far a d still not in a door. Drivers of you can find loads from any other shipper then do it. You will be much better off. Maybe once they see drivers won't pick up from them they will change their ways.

Great service ! Loaded in 1/2 hour , my app was at 2:00 PM checked in at 11:30 AM out at 12:00 PM .Thank you !!

In and out u can come 1hr to 1and half before ur appointment time no overnight parking but there's a pilot truck stop 3miles from there

12:00pm Lunch Time starts at 11:30am. Staff Refuses to Do Anything that might interfere with Lunch schedule.
Zero activity in the yard.
