Folks here are very nice, and I love that, but the wait is ridiculously long, even for a half loaded container like wow. Do I need to help yall load or prepare the load?

Horrible place to load. I arrived for an “emergency “ generator load for the pending hurricane barreling towards Florida. Arrived at noon, got the dock at 542pm, started loading at 745pm. You can clearly see the warehouse workers NOT working, while trucks stack up. Piss poor management! I’m sure the executives don’t give a crap about productivity because it shows. This place will kill your clock!

Check in on time still waiting. To busy. They have to bring more employees. Then order the loads to load and unload. 4 hours waiting more then 30 truck waiting for door

People are a bunch of jerks,,they act nice but fake and sneaky,will over load you w 27 pallettes insted of 25 and will put ur trailer over weight and you cannot run,you go back and they make stories had me waitting all weekend Fri-Mon bc of their mistake,i lost over $2000 n all my time and they didnt care..i will never ever return stay away you been warned..!!

People here are friendly but to load up and get ur freight ready is like 7 hours of detention time make sure u come wit ur stomach full here or have snacks ready gonna be here all day

Sharina at UNIS TCL is a very professional, courteous supervisor. When I didn't feel comfortable signing for the quality of the products loaded in my trailer, she understood my concern an ordered to unload my trailer so that I can check the quality of the pallets one by one.

My experience was good I arrived at 12 PM for a 3pm appointment they loaded pretty quickly I think I could’ve came a little earlier than that because they were not very busy. Plenty of room to backup I wish every warehouse had this much space
