My husband's a maintenance man out here, I just showed up to pick him up from work, as I had the car helping a friend move.
I do know it's a great company to work for I know they are always busy sorting packages to get them out for delivery and my husband actually fixes the conveyor belts and keeps those running. Awesome company to work for if you work for them my husband works at jll which Amazon they contract out to jll.

This facility is less than 30 mins away from house, there is absolutely no reason why my package should be delayed by 2 days especially after paying for "receive by tomorrow shipping."

Packages always delayed when coming from this location. Just like everyone has stated. I am not sure how this location is even open still mishandling shipments.

How do yall lose 3 days pallets worth of packages in a row to the same city post office? No advantage to using Amazon anymore because of this specific warehouse. Oh, and Amazon customer service doesn’t care any more. They blame USPS. NO, its the Amazon leg of delivery not making it to the carrier. Plain and simple.

Been waiting for my jeans and yoga pants to come from this distribution center. Both items say it left humble and then arrived at humble hours later. Amazon is going down hill quick. I guess that’s what happens when you hire anybody and an employee that is worth keeping you alienate and push out the door.

Whoever this Toukee person is, isn't so great...
In the last 2 weeks have had 2 packages delivered, with the product missing.
How is that possible?
Then I go to Google Reviews and see all the reviews.... Customers missing product and Toukee is Great.
If Toukee is only Fabulous, due to allowing workers to steal product we your Customers are purchasing. Then Houston we have a problem that needs to be resolved.
Saddest part is the address used is within Humble ISD, only a short distance down the road.
Someone needs to resolve this problem now.
If Amazon can not snuff this situation, then another agency can come in and start apprehending workers walking out with our merchandise.
