I was going to be late due to traffic and let them know I’d be there by noon the next day, which was 4 hours past my appointment. Was told that would be fine. Busted my butt to get there as early as possible, made it at 11:00, only to be told that the broker had changed my appointment time to 15:00 that evening. They worked me in as quick as they could and were very understanding about it. Unloaded pretty fast and didn’t wait long for a door.
