Could have delivered on 4/5/2025 at 0830 would not reschedule. Arrive at 0415 for 0500 appointment on 4/6 and has taken over 3 hrs for not even a pickup bed of product. Claimed wait was to “verify product count” Must be counting with severe ADHD and multiple times starting over or simply count count that high? Organization and efficiency is a perfectly executed failure here again.

Long line to check in at gate. 50mns. Very slow. Come at least 2 hrs before your appt time so ur not late. Stole 1 of my loadloack bar, put the wrong time on paperwork arrival at window, even though I showed them proof and picture with timestamp, now i won't get detention. It's absolutely ridiculous. Out in 5hrs even though I was early for my appointment.

Not sure why this Walmart DC is so different than others. They absolutely won’t take you any earlier than hour before your appointment time. No exceptions. Also, for some reason, they take 15-20 minutes per truck to check in. So be prepared to sit once you’re in line at the gate, because it will be a while.

Can only show up an hour early. Proceeded to have a guy bang on my door talking about "they've been calling you for hours" just to not see a single phone call after being unloaded. One security guard to checkin and check out. Long line of trucks entering and leaving traffic.

I arrived at the driveway for a 14:46 appointment at 14:06. With 6 trucks ahead of me, I didn't get to the shack until 15:00!! Almost an hr waiting to move 6 truck lengths to check in. Now I am in a door considered late because I was checked in at 1505. Yes, they give you an hr at all Walmart distribution centers, but me being considered late after making it to the property and waiting 54 minutes is a foul up by the gate. WE CAN ONLY ARRIVE ONE HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT

I read the Reviews, Planned for tye worst ! 3/5/25 Appoint 17:45, arrived early and parked on stage area (fits about 5 trucks on the right b4 gaurd shack) . Average Gaurd ck in was 8 minutes per truck. Checked in 16:45, assigned a dock, Did the Walmart Dock shuffle and hit CRO at about 17:05. Red light 17:30. Green Light 18:35, Text at 18;50, Paperwork in hand at 19:10 !.. 47 palletts of Assorted Cheese!.. No Gripes ! Thought the Dance was well executed!.. kudos (this trip)..

I have been coming here every week for last 2 years. Friendly staff from the guard check office to receiving office but today 1/17/25 they asked to give them my truck keys no idling while back on duck!!! Because of black ice in their lot!! Ouch!! It’s to cold I mean it’s too cold! How I sleep?
Usually they take 4 hours to unload regardless how many pallets you have..
Why Walmart don’t use salt to clean their lot ?

My appt time was 0146. Yes, 0146. I checked in at 0125. Waited for about 45 mins to get a door. Got the door and have been sitting ever since. Trucks have come and gone. Current time, 0815. I've had a green light for about two hours or better. I had bacon. Based on what I am reading, are they inside counting every pallet, box, package of the product? I had 20 pallets..... oh boy 🤷🏽 is there even a restroom?
