This storage facility is not SECURE! We temporarily placed our belongings here for a week, being new to the area. Unfortunately, we did not anticipate that a substantial portion of our items would go missing. Both new items and multiple pairs of shoes have vanished. We advise against utilizing this storage facility, as it lacks adequate safety measures.

Great location for those close by in the victory drive area. Once you have everything done over the phone, they've already have the unit set up waiting for you at the site. Customer service is top notch.

Edit: Red flags i should have realized.

Red flag 1: NO on-site managers.
If you have any issues, you'd have to call the people who rented you the unit to get your issues taken care of. Which leads to Red flag number 2.

Red flag 2: NO maintenance on-site. If you are unable to get into your unit, there's no on-site manager, no maintenance person. You'd have to call the same number to resolve the issue. They'll make notes, put in tickets, claim They'll reach back to you when they get up dates.

Red flag 3: I've waited two freaking weeks to get into my unit. Only to reached by a new manager (during the duration) who said he would get someone out there to look at my unit. Since it's been two weeks, I couldn't wait anymore and gotten my friend to help. What took two weeks to look into took 10 minutes.

I moved out that same day to another storage facility with better accommodations, actual on-site managers, and more affordable prices. I wasn't even charged or forced mandatory fees.

If you want to rent a storage unit, consider your options before renting with Victory Drive storage.

For the most part Victory Drive Storage has been fair and forth coming. Notifying when there is changes ahead of time. Also, when security and maintenance was done and the difference pricing for each improvement. So, thanks 😊 i definitely could use the gift, thanks for offering an incentive. Stay blessed 🙌 😇

I have been at this location for about 8 months. I haven't had any problems with anyone trying to break into my stuff. You do have to pay an insurance fee along with the storage fee. It is not climate controlled. It is in a convenient location of victory drive if you are on the south side of town and is off exit one. I wish there was an on staff at the location but it is not, at this time.
