I spoke to the driver via phone as he was about to deliver a large shipment. I gave him the address which is well marked on house and in the yard. I explained there was a large fountain in the front yard and that I had 3 garage doors with one open for the shipment. He said he saw it, yet still put it in my neighbors garage that doesn’t have my address, a fountain or 3 garage doors. My neighbor is shocked and should not be responsible for moving it. The driver won’t come back. They won’t send another one. I was unable to move it so now I have to call my son to do the job I paid them to do. I spoke to 5 different people and no one could take responsibility to fix the situation. Mistakes are made but good business’s fix them. This one did not.

ZERO STARS. Like other's my company orders through Staples and this company is a dumpster fire. Items are damaged, mis-delivered, not delivered and claimed as refused, They have even forged my signature as signed for when I was on vacation in another state. We are trying to get switched to a UPS only route and may end up paying more or dumping Staples because of how horrifically bad this company is. Before buying anything with delivery or "free delivery" ask if Courier Express delivers, If so, Pass. If it is time sensitive, Pass. If you don't want it broken, PASS!

I would give zero stars if I could. Two shipments from two different suppliers within a week were not delivered, but were claimed to have been delivered. My signature was forged on both deliveries (no, someone else here did not sign for me). I was available to accept both shipments, so they were not stolen off my porch. I will not buy from any supplier who uses this delivery service!

I regret that I cannot rate Courier Express a Zero. How do companies hire such apathetic, incompetent, and careless people? I will spare you the details but the past two months of dealing with this company have been the most exasperating, disappointing, and depressing customer service experience of my forty years in management. Everytime I think about this group I shake my head bewildered that human beings could treat other human beings with so little professionalism and concern. This is truly a remarkable company but remarkable in the worst possible way.

Package was not delivered the day it was scheduled and I did not receive any notification or phone call to let me know why. No answer when I tried to call multiple times. I had to go there myself the next day and load the package myself. Their explanation then was that the truck broke down and the driver should have called... He didn't.

I would give these guys a zero if it were available to me. I made an order from Staples and live in a gated community on Hilton Head Island. They do not know how to navigate registering at the guard house and do not deliver as a result of their drivers all being independent contractors. Do not rely on these people because they will be able to deliver your packages and you will lose business. THEY WILL HURT YOUR BRAND. I will not buy from Staples anymore as a result of this.,

Bill was so very helpful. I called courier express to find my package. Bill was kind, courteous and clearly explained why my package was delayed. I recieved my package that same day.

I don't know how service is but I do know that the drivers are very inconsiderate blocking up intersections so that cars had to drive down the wrong side of the road to make their turn and he was dumb enough to sit there smiling about it sincerely respectfully hopefully you will actually train your drivers to drive responsibly
