Rolled in at 8:15 (appt 1230) and got right in the door plus no other truck was here. If busy I can see how it can get tight in here but we are all professional drivers and can get it in the hole just fine lol. Shipping office is polite so don’t come in here with a f’d up attitude.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am and didn't arrive until 3pm . The ladies were very friendly and told me that they would get me soon as they can. I wasn't upset cause keep in mind I was late. And hour later I was docked.

It's good place to load the lady at the receiver very nice my appointment pickup was @14.00 but I came before my appointment @11:15 am they give me door no overnight parking but love's travel 1 Mile tks

Got here a day before my appointment and I got loaded in 30 min ,always a good vibe with the southerners, no overnight parking but a loves truck stop 3 miles away !!!

Omg The shipping department it’s awesome;my appointment was @20:30 and I call them from Loves truck stop (1mile from shipping)I-75 x59 and she tell me to come on ;I was in the dock 4 hours earlier ..👍👍

My appt was at 1:30pm but I got there at 11:45am n they got me n a door quickly n got me loaded within a 1:20mins
