Went in the showroom on the west side of the building and spoke with Rodney. They had a good variety of bathtubs, fixtures, sinks and hardware. Rodney was was knowledgeable and helpful.

I have a hot water heater that is 41 years old and they are so well stocked they are the only place in 250 miles that has them in stock! You have to LOVE a place like that and you would think they would be very expensive but nope! 9 dollars and 65 cents! Heaven sent for sure!

Rude, unprofessional, and seemingly lacking even a rudimentary knowledge of plumbing repair, I found the employee's ignorance and conflicting statements regarding a replacement part to be unacceptable. He was, however, most eager to sell me a completely new fixture when all I needed was a standard replacement part.
