Truck drivers- I10(E) to ex225.. follow R19(S) approx 30.0 miles… 2nd entrance on right..sweep trailer clean…(most JB hunt loads are drop and hook).. limited overnight parking nearby…

We never had any issues with this company until today, when their worker saw few straws of hay. They rejected our trailer and told my driver to sanitize it, which means washing it inside and giving them a receipt as the proof. All of their product is palletized and wrapped in plastic. Absolutely unreasonable demand.

This is not a bad place for Truck parking on the dock, but old guy with long beard was totally rude person, if you don't have correct pickup number he says we can't loading you.
Other drivers give them same number like yours, but you have to find correct pickup number.
If you talk to the broker, they don't understand wy shipper duing this to the drivers.
I don't want to come here again...

Appointment 0800 arrived at 0730 in dock 0745 if they r busy will make u wait till ur appointment time if there r truck in front of u otherwise they will load u truck stop 2 miles away left at 0845 very nice staff

The address they have on file takes you to a empty lot next to Family Dollar.The actual warehouse is located on the opposite side of the lot but you cannot see it because of trees and vegetation.
Just have to go to the road behind it and you will see the warehouse.
