We had some damage to our highboy dresser due to moving. I called Bishop Parker in Montgomery and talked to the manager about whether they could fix it or not. He said he believed it could be fixed to just drop it off. I asked him how much he thought it would cost and he said maybe $50. We dropped it off on Saturday a week and a half ago and they had it ready by Friday. We came to pick it up Saturday morning and asked him what did we owe him. He said it’s on the house that they appreciate our business in the past and thanks for being a good customer.

O....M.....G I am more than pleased with my furniture purchase from Bishop Parker! We built a new home, and I only wanted the best of the best. Bishop Parker did not disappoint! Their prices were surprisingly reasonable for the furniture I wanted. They have very stylish, high-end, high-quality furniture! I walked in, told Gabby what I was looking for, and she took me right to it! Ron and Gabby were very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. They were even very responsive and cordial after the sale! The delivery guys also were very nice and took so much care when bringing my furniture in; they treated it like the high-end furniture it is; you'd think they were handling a new-born baby! I will definitely be going back! GO TO BISHOP PARKER, YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY YOU DID!

John Parker is a pleasure to work with. I had an issue with my box springs. Called and talked with him and he had the issue resolved by lunch. I highly recommend them. We’ve bought one mattress set in 2019 and one mattress with them in 2022. I will continue to go to them for future purchases.

Ron answered all our questions and was very helpful in selecting the new couch for my mom. Once, we decided on the one. We made the purchase and the warehouse manager John was very helpful in having the new couch delivered to my mom the same day! The delivery guys were very nice and polite and set it up! I have always been very pleased with Bishop-Parker furniture for many years, as well as the customer service. I recently had an issue with a piece of furniture. It had been some time since purchased, yet they immediately picked it up, corrected the problem and returned it to me in great shape. A lot of companies would not have done this.
