Absolutely excellent company! We’ve been with them for a few years, not your typical credit card processor. Being in the towing industry we were battling several chargebacks. Since switching we’ve only had one attempted charge back which Roadsync worked with us to make sure that we won. They have electronic work orders and remote checkout which help prevent any issues. I appreciate that we have a dedicated representative who we can call with questions. Rebekah has been wonderful in reaching out to make sure we’re happy with the service. Highly recommend!

We signed up with Road Sync back in September. They made the transition from our Previous payment system to their Road Sync a smooth and flawless transition. Since the set up, the day-to-day operations have been very easy with the use of Road Sync as well as the transparency of knowing what's going on with this transaction for our management levels.. With the few Chargebacks we received, Road Sync was quick and diligent in working on our behalf to win those disputes. They prepped up with information for us to request during transactions to prep up in case a charge back occurred... I would highly recommend them to anyone in our industry.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.
My camry went downhill on black ice, and the only thing that was holding my car up with my mother and I inside of it was a phone wire and my foot on the brake, otherwise if I let go, we would continue to go downwards into a 20 foot ditch (and likely would have been a fatal accident). I called this company for a tow. The website shows a 30 minute wait time no matter where the customer is located.
When I called, I was given a 30-60 minute estimate wait time, even though I explained the absolute urgency of the situation. I asked the dispatcher to please send the driver immediately as our lives depended on it. She proceeded to ask if i could exit the vehicle so I could take a picture, and asked me for multiple things that were not of immediate need (drivers license number, make/model of vehicle, etc.) then had me waiting to send an estimate over to which I had to sign. After all these steps were completed, she THEN assured me she would send someone.
After 45 minutes, she called back saying the tow was no longer coming for us, claiming that the truck was no longer operational. (I'm positive they just got a higher paying job and ditched mine, that's how tow truck companies work.) So she could send another tow, but it would be an additional 90 minutes of a wait. By this time, my feet were tired from holding onto the brake that was literally holding our lives in our hands; I told her no and we would call another tow company and to please refund me my $380 charge (for a request to pull us only 5 feet). She said yes, but with a processing fee. I asked how much, to which she replied $59. I absolutely was not going to pay that and told her I was not going to, especially when THEY are the ones canceling on US.
I then took my business to a company that actually cared our lives were in danger, that took no information down before coming other than where to get us.
Never, EVER use this company who does not care literally for the life of their customers.

We implemented the RoadSync platform in late 2021/early 2022 to handle all of our payments for COD customers. It requires the customer to sign a digital work order, which in New York State is a requirement by DMV law before any repair work can be initiated. We also collect a deposit upfront before a tech or operator is dispatched, and feel that using RoadSync to collect a deposit acts as a "litmus test" of sorts to weed out problematic customers before we even provide service to them. They typically see the RoadSync work order come through, and never sign it or pay the deposit because the ones that frequently file for chargebacks know that they are fought by RoadSync on behalf of the merchant, and are typically decided in the merchant's favor as long as the staff members of the company do their part and follow proper procedures to secure payment.

As many are aware, the towing and truck repair business are ruthlessly plagued with chargebacks by "ghost" carriers and other flat-out unscrupulous companies that will look to file for a chargeback whenever they want(months later at times), even when proper service and agreed upon rates were charged. Our previous credit card payment processor provider offered zero support most of the time, and usually backed the consumer in these situations. Out of the thousands of payments that we have processed after switching to RoadSync, we have had very few chargebacks, and even fewer that we failed to collect our money back when they were attempted to be filed. That in itself, is proof that it works!

The staff is always helpful there as well whenever we have any questions or concerns. If you own, operate, or manage a heavy duty truck repair, tire, or towing company, I highly recommend RoadSync!

10 out of 10 for this service, from easy of use, 99 percent reduction in chargebacks and 11 out of 10 on customer service. No bait and switch here, if you have an issue, they are a phone call away. This is a must if exposing yourself to the credit card world! Thank you!

Don't do it ! They will tell you how bullet proof their system is on charge back disputes, they will not have your back, our company lost over 6 k on a fraudulent charge they should have declined. No arbitration available on fraudulent charges they approve, ask them that question !
