This company cost our business tens of thousands dollars by being completely incompetent. They repeatedly sent double orders, wrong orders, wrong addresses, purposely overcharged, double charged, their systems are terrible and they always tried to deny any fault. Not one person had an answer for anything and we constantly got passed around to even more clueless people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I provided my name, company name and email on their website and they made the assumption that my company was not a good fit for them but they know nothing about the freight I move only the UPS parcels. See email that was sent to me…. I know my small company won’t make or break them but it would have been a decent account for them they just don’t know it.

Ware2Go has worked closely with us to work on a program that is tailored to those needs and we have been very impressed by their efficiency. If you are considering a 3PL avoid at all costs! Their storage costs are quoted in a manner that should be flagged by the BBB and after we have been grossly overcharged they refused to remedy the situation. We were charged nearly $50 per pallet when the industry average is ~$20.

Ware2Go is a middle man and you will pay for the cost. You should instead use a local 3PL that will have fair pricing and still be able to integrate with modern software like Shopify/Shipstation.

After working with Ware2Go for nearly 12 months we found a clerical error in our inventory and had overcharged for storage for the year by over $16,000! After pointing this out to them they said that although we have been overcharged they would not be willing to correct this simple rounding error and would not offer any repayment for accurate storage costs.

Terrible company and service. Our small business suffered the mistake of choosing them and hope that you wont make the same mistake as we did.

UPDATE: Still no contact from the Ware2Go or the Client Services team, hoping for a resolution - we ended up having to move our entire fulfillment & storage service a week before Black Friday.

Cannot believe it`s a UPS company!
