This place is by far the worst for unloading 8:30a.m appt still on the door at 12noon whole day is wasted thanks for helping me miss out on another load

I had a 07:30 appointment time for delivery...
Checked in at 06:45....
After watching many trucks come and go...
They finally started to unload me a 12:30....
After being told by Todd the forklift supervisor many times throughout the morning....
We'll be there in a few minutes...
More like few hours !
Slowest receiver in 10 year's !
This is there forklift supervisor toting a 55 gal drum of flammable liquids ..
By the lid in between the forks !

Terrible place . 7.30 for 8.00 appointment got a door at 10.30 now noon and the idiots haven't even started yet. Places like this should not be in business and I will make sure this one goes out. The second I send the video from my dash cam of both forklift drivers smoking cigarettes inside a hazmat warehouse full of flammable materials to the city and the fire department thay will be so far up their business ........ "The consequences of our actions " stop playing games with the truck drivers- you WILL lose

Really nice folks. Fast loading. Doors 11,12, and 13 can be challenging, but doable. Don't know about overnight, but not a lot of space here for it. I would totally come here again.

Some of the nicest folks I have spoken to and worked with. Had a driver inbound that was delayed to deliver. Had to change our arrival a couple of times, ultimately we would have been stuck for the weekend. Instead they have worked with us every step of the way. Much appreciated happy to pickup or deliver here.

My appointment time wasn’t till 7am Wednesday the 3rd (today is the 2nd load picked up Monday) Toledo to GA. Arrived early cause who takes 3days to drive to Atl from Toledo.
I wouldn’t be mad if the dock was busy. 6 LTL trucks taking 15 to 20 mins each with 1-2hrs in between and they couldn’t unload my truck. Plus this place isn’t a warehouse it’s a convenient store with 5 docks. Don’t come early
