Came about 7:00 a.m. they have to buzz you in to the gate no stress no mess got out quickly, when you pull in it's behind Andersen Window company in the back of the building

If zero starts was am option this would get it. They start staging trucks at 8am but don't let trucks into the facility until 9:30am. From there is at least 3 hours up to 5 hours until the first trucks get loaded and then every truck after that will take at least 3 hours. They staff here is completely incompetent and lazy. If you broker a load here plan to lose at least half your day here. I arrived at 1015 and just got my door at 1530. This is the absolute first and last time I came to this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DRIVERS. It's Friday on Labor Day weekend and I'm not getting home until tomorrow now.

I came here at 9pm. There is an electrical fence and a gate from Wood rd. You will need a code. Please ask someone from the yard or call em, or wait until someone exits and sneak in. Office immediately at your left open 24 hours and restroom available 24 hours, they let me overnight parking here.

Came here to pick up backhand & make it home today after being on road for week. NO communication fr 2 ladies that appear not to know what's going on. And no sense of urgency!!! From them...been here for over 3 hrs and doesn't look like I will make it home tonight.Due to them burning my clock up.Never gonna pick up fr here again
