New ownership, and an increase of double the fee. There is no universal code for the gate. They make you call and then add you based on the past 4 of your phone number. You can pay the same amount for a climate controlled unit. Do not recommend this place under the current ownership and stupid price increase.

Rudest staff EVER!
Cut the lock off our building, put theirs on..had to get police to make them come unlock! And we were current with payment!!
didn't reimburse us for our lock..just oh well!
They also went thru our property!

Don't use these people... I've used them for 10 years...recently they charged my account twice for$140 and they keep saying, well we voided it... They won't listen... It's been 2 weeks... I don't know about any one else...but$140 is$140... We Don't trust them any more....our credit union says they didn't void anything.
