Miss Susan was really helpful. I came in looking for a storage unit she ask me questions about what I was looking for which was very helpful. She told me about the deals that had for the month and when I purchased my unit she gave me great directions on where it was locate it. Miss Susan was very precise on what she was telling me an very informative as well.

We have used Devon storage this past year.
Wonderful experience and top notch customer service. A little hard to catch on the phone, but definitely returned calls in a timely fashion. All in all price was good, site was clean every time I visited, and customer service was great. Thanks again and we look forward to using Devon Storage again!

Been at this location for a couple of years now and Susan and the other ladies are amazing. Anything that comes up they always help get it sorted out. I’m hopeful the new company keeps them on because trying to go through Devon’s phone system or online portal has been a mess and unhelpful. The last call the rep couldn’t find my information and couldn’t do anything beyond have someone call back with no clue when that would be. I prefer the old system where the office crew where the ones answering the phone and solving problems in 5 minutes instead of it being an all day ordeal or having to find time to drive by and drop in.
