Great establishment to store your belongings. The customer service was excellent, the prices are the best in town and the cleanliness is superior to others I’ve used in the area. I definitely recommend this establishment to store your valuables. You’re in good hands with Shelby the manager and Storage Depot of Douglasville.

This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. I reached out to Shelby in early March with regards to getting a storage with a set rate for one year. She ensured me that she could guarantee a set rate for a year as long as I put my account on auto pay which I did. Every month I received a notice stating my account was past due and I had to call Shelby to run my card. As with all storages I received an email stating effective Sept 1 my storage fees would be raising. They would actually be higher than where I previously had a unit. When I called Shelby about this, she said she didn't tell me that and when I called her out about flat out lying to get my business, she actually hung up on me. I reached out to the district manager who as you can imagine hasn't bothered to call anyone back. Today I reached out again to the Regional manager, who i am also assuming will never call back. I don't have an issue with paying the money. My issue is that you flat out lied to get my business and I truly do not want to do business with people like that. If you make an agreement, you stick to it or don't make....It is sad people aren't even as good as their word anymore. I will be vacating this unit the end of this month and I will would never recommend this company to anyone as you most likely cannot trust what they say.

I believe the managers name is Debbie. She is excellent, professional and friendly. Such a sweet personality. Explained everything to me in detail and made it easy for me to make the decision to use Storage Depot.

The office staff are great and kind ladies my problems are I cannot access my storage because the door is broken and has been for months because of my disability I cannot open the door one lady came over showing me how I have to open the door and the metal was burning her hands I said I am not going to do that I am disabled plus it was rolling inside of my storage I asked her just to close it and I left

I just recently got storage from them and will be moving in a couple of days. The payment was smooth. I was able to pay ahead very reliable. I was able to see the unit before I purchased it as well.

From the very first visit, I was greeted with friendly and professional faces! When I moved out, the office was closed. Before I could call the next morning to let them know I had moved out, I received a call (with concern) because my storage door was open and empty, just to make sure that I had moved my things out, and it wasn't a security issue. I truly appreciated that!

Always friendly when I’d stop by the office. Contacted me as soon as they saw that the unit was not locked correctly and tried phone and email to reach me. Kind and efficient makes this a great place to use.
