I’m a college student Mom. I would recommend this facility to any college student parents that has a student in the Montgomery area. It’s conveniently located, clean, easily accessible, and is temperature controlled. The office staff is just as amazing as the facility.

I am changing my review because I can't stay quiet any longer. In February, my RV space rent was raised $50 a month, which is ridiculous. Fast forward to today, 6 months later, they raised the space rent $82 a month. Corporate greed at it's finest here. They advertise $256 for a new space rental. I am now paying more than double that per month. If you stay here to long, you will be fleeced, just like us.

Watch out for regularly-scheduled rent increases if you intend to store long-term. Our rent has risen over 100% since Compass bought this location. You would think a company would value long-term customers rather than try to fleece them for every possible dollar. The people who work there aren't to blame, but their corporate-mandated rent increases are predatory on their face.
